The latest statistics from the Department of International Trade of Thailand show that Thailand's fresh fruits and vegetables account for the first place in the market share of China's imported fruits and vegetables. Thailand accounts for 45% of China's imported fruit and vegetable market. The second to fifth places are Chile (14.01%), Vietnam (6.45%), Canada (4.14%) and New Zealand (3.75%).

 
From Jan. to Nov. 2021, Thailand’s total exports to China totaled US $6.01 billion, up 81% y/y. Among them, vegetable exports were US $1.2 billion, up 96% y/y; fruit exports were US $4.81 billion, up 78% y/y. Durian, mangosteen, and longan are the top three fresh fruits in Thailand's market share of Chinese imported fruits; the top four fresh vegetables are cassava, fresh and chilled peppers, mung beans, and dried soybeans.
 

Chinese vegetables exported to Thailand are mainly dried mushrooms, chilled fresh carrots, and chilled fresh cabbage. fruits include apples, table grapes, pears, and oranges.
