Starting from Jan. 1, 2022, the General Administration of Customs of the People's Republic of China (GACC) has added HS Codes for medical supplies such as Covid-19 test kits, medical or surgical masks in order to improve the accuracy of the declaration and statistics of goods for pandemic prevention and control.
- Covid-19 vaccine: added HS Code "30024100.11", "30024100.19"; original HS Code "30022000.11", "30022000.19" are discontinued;
- Covid-19 test kit: added HS Code "38221900.20"; original HS Code "30021500.50", "38220010.20" and "38220090.20" are discontinued;
- Medical gloves: added HS Code "40151200.00"; original HS Code "40151100.00" is discontinued;
- Medical masks: added HS Code "63079010.10" and "63079010.90", original HS Code "63079000.10" is discontinued;
- Ventilators and their parts: HS Code "90192010.10", "90192010.90", "90192020.11", "90192020.19", "90192020.91", and "90192020.99"; original HS Code "90192000.10" and "90192000.90" are discontinued.
